On 22 June 2024, one of the most eagerly awaited concerts of the '25th Anniversary of Estopa' tour took place at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano. An event for all generations that sold out within hours of going on sale and brought together 55,000 people.

The Riyadh Air Metropolitano is designed to meet the highest standards of comfort, safety and visibility. The new venue, which opened on 16 September 2017, hosts the first team's matches and staged the 2019 Champions League final.
Riyadh Air Metropolitano is the new name of our stadium under the agreement reached with our main sponsor to name the red-and-white coliseum for the next nine seasons. Saudi Arabia's digital-native airline became the club's main sponsor on 10 August 2023 and will now feature as the stadium's naming partner.
With the reference to the ‘Metropolitano’, the club recovers the name of the ground where the team played its matches before moving to the Vicente Calderón.
